Thanks for your support of the “Vote Yes On 1 “ campaign.

We are a 501(c)(4) non-profit corporation under the IRS tax code. Accordingly, we are not taxed, and your donation is NOT tax deductible.

Compliance With Alaska Public Offices Commission (APOC) Requirements:

We are now in the ballot campaign phase, all donations go into our separate ‘Vote Yes On 1’ bank account. There is no limit on how much an individual can donate.

HOWEVER, state law requires all donations for a ballot initiative to be from a “true source” (not dark money). So:

1) we must report details below if the person’s cumulative donated amount “exceeds $100;” and

2) someone who cumulatively donates $500 or more must self-report to APOC within 30-days, using these instructions (PDF). We’ll remind you.
